1. About Lovepet.uk

Lovepet.uk provides advertising space for cat-related listings. We do not sell animals, act as an agent, verify users, or guarantee the accuracy of adverts.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to post an advert.

3. User responsibilities

• You confirm you have the legal right to advertise the cat.
• You must provide accurate, non-misleading information.
• You must comply with UK animal welfare laws and any applicable regulations.
• You are responsible for communicating safely and verifying counterparties.

4. Prohibited content

• Stolen animals, scams, deceptive adverts
• Content promoting abuse, neglect, illegal activity
• Harassment, hate, or illegal content

We may remove adverts at our discretion without notice.

5. Payments & refunds

Payments are for advertising services only. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable once an advert is published.

6. Liability

We are not liable for transactions between users, disputes, fraud, or the health/condition of animals advertised. Use the platform at your own risk.
